Receiver and Manager of Drivetrain Systems International, a manufacturer of automotive transmissions for Ford, Ssang Yong, Mahindra and Mahindra, TagAZ. The business was sold to a Chinese vehicle manufacturer and resulted in the
banking syndicate being repaid in full
Restructure and sale of a number of Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers to GM Holden, Ford, Mitsubishi, Isuzu and Daimler Chrysler
Administrator of Ajax Engineered Fasteners, a key supplier to the Australian automotive industry, including Ford, GM Holden and Pacifica
Administrator of the ASX-listed Harvest Living group of companies, which included the ongoing trading of the Bridgewater Aged Care Facility and Bridgewater Lake Estate Retirement Village
