Background and significant appointments 

Warren has over 13 years experience in the insolvency industry.  He provides specialist advice concerning personal insolvency matters; and lectures and provides information and advice on asset restructuring and also the impact of bankruptcy.
Warren has had significant appointments in the management and ongoing concern sale of a mortgage originator with a managed book of in excess of $18 million; the management and going concern sale of a specialist tool steel distributor; the going concern sale of a promotional company with a turnover of approximately $4.5 million per annum; and the management of a tyre and recapping company with a turnover of approximately $3.5 million per annum.

Industry experience and specialised expertise

Warren undertakes specialist investigations into insolvent individuals and is a Registered Trustee in Bankruptcy under the Bankruptcy Act 1966.  He is experienced in the Administration and conduct of Bankrupt Estates and Arrangements under Part X of the Bankruptcy Act 1966. 
Warren provides specialist advice concerning personal insolvency matters; negotiates information arrangements and creditors; and prepares material for public examinations.
He is experienced is in the Transport area.
