Tim is a Partner in PPB's South Australian office.

Background and significant appointments

Tim has specific experience in all forms of corporate insolvency, including voluntary administrations, receiverships and court liquidations.  He has prepared many reports on the financial position of businesses and provided advice to directors.

He is experienced in managing and selling businesses as well as investigating, and designing turnaround / reconstruction strategies.

Tim has lectured extensively on a wide range of insolvency matters and related topics.

Industry experience and specialised expertise

Tim’s experience has been in manufacturing, construction, and retail business, with specialised expertise in litigation support assignments.

He has been involved in some of the largest actions in South Australia's history; and has specific experience in the preparation of economic loss reports, detailed loss schedules and the analysis of reports prepared by other experts.

Tim has investigated complex structures of individual and interrelated groups of companies, to achieve reconstructions or take other actions on clients' behalf.
