Rod has 18 years continuous experience in the field of business regeneration, insolvency and investigation services. He has worked on assignments ranging from major corporate receiverships to investigations and workouts of businesses in financial difficulty.

Prior to joining PPB, Rod worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers and the legacy firm (Coopers & Lybrand) for over 15 years including 2 years in their London office.

Rod’s recent appointments have included Acting Trustee by APRA to a superannuation fund, Administrator to the Merchant Pacific Group of Companies, RANS Management Group Pty Ltd and Icon Automotive Pty Ltd, and also Receiver and Manager to Black Swan Holdings Pty Ltd

Rod has worked for secured creditors in an Investigating Accountant's capacity and on formal insolvency administrations.  He also provides strategic advice to company directors and stakeholders at all levels.   

His areas of industry experience include agriculture, property, superannuation, manufacturing, retail and hospitality.

Rod has handled assignments in Finance Application, resulting in a successful finance submission; Rationalisation/Sale of Business, culminating in a going concern sale; Credit Risk Management Advice to major shareholder of  $400m turnover retail business and subsequent advice through  voluntary administration; Pre-lending Review to a financial Institution; Credit Training for a financial institution; Deed of Company Arrangement of  a listed company; Restructuring a business in  Korea; and has acted in a Consultant and Acting Trustee role.
