Ray is a Partner in PPB’s Brisbane office.

Background and significant appointments

Ray has 19 years experience in Corporate Insolvency and Reconstruction and is an Official Liquidator.  Ray also has many years prior experience in general management within private industry which, combined with several non-executive Directorships within the Not-for-Profit sector, brings a unique blend of practical experience gained from 20 years in commerce.  
Some of Ray’s significant corporate appointments include pharmacies, properties in the resort and accommodation sectors and advisor to several large educational institutions.

Industry experience and specialised expertise

Ray has particular experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, education and property sectors.  Ray’s clients include major financiers and major legal firms.  Ray has been a guest lecturer at the Institute of Company Secretaries and a guest lecturer at the Queensland University of Technology.
