David has in excess of 20 years experience in Corporate and Personal Insolvency.  In this time David has undertaken a diverse range of assignments on both a formal and informal basis.  This exposure has seen David develop a unique understanding of the business landscape enabling him to offer practical solutions to many varied problems.

His significant appointments include Receiver of Mudgee Wines Pty Ltd, Receiver of Lismore RSL Club Ltd, Administrator and Deed Administrator of Colrok Pty Ltd (Hunter Valley coal miner), Liquidator of the King Bros Group and Deed Administrator of Momentum Mortgages Ltd.  He has also acted for both boards and financiers advising on turnaround strategies and providing comprehensive investigative and pre-lending reports.

David has had exposure to a wide range of business types and industries.

These include tourism, hospitality and registered clubs, transport, retail, small and medium manufacturing, timber milling, domestic construction, franchising and agribusiness, including wineries.
