Andrew is a Partner in PPB's New South Wales office.Background and significant appointmentsAndrew entered insolvency and business reconstruction in 1987 with assignments ranging from small personal insolvency matters through to public company assignments. In 1995 Andrew began specialising in the agricultural sector with strategies for financially troubled farm and rural operations.
He moved to PPB in 1997 and founded PPB Rural & Agribusiness Services.
Significant appointments include Receiver of Trade Financier Lumby Pty Limited; Administrator and Liquidator of Parkville and Glengallen Piggeries; Receiver and Manager GT and SE Sloan Pty Limited; Trustee for the Hai Welyki Pine Plantation; Receiver and Manager of Back O'Bourke Fruits Pty Limited; and Receiver and Manager of Kari and Ghossayn Pty Limited.
Industry experience and specialised expertiseAndrew specialises in rural and agribusiness industries with specific experience of managing abattoirs and meat processors, aquaculture, cattle stations and livestock, dairies, dry land and irrigated cropping, feedlots, food processors, horticulture, piggeries, plantations and vegetable and viticulture businesses.
During his career, Andrew has also accumulated experience in managing dealership such as new and used automotive dealerships, farm machinery and plant dealerships and equipment distributors.
Andrew has been responsible for managing assignments in construction, finance, hospitality, manufacturing, property, retail / wholesalers, telecommunications and transport industries.
