James has held senior executive positions with major national and international banking and property companies.

As Division Director of Macquarie Bank Property Group, in a role spanning 19 years, James was involved in:

• Property project and structured finance
• Management
• Corporate advisory
• Funds management
• Acquisition and project development
• China operations
• Institutional restructure and workouts
• Government appointments
• Agency

With wide exposure to a range of property sectors including:

• Listed and unlisted property trusts, commercial, retail, residential, industrial,
  tourism, health and aged care, marinas, golf and resorts and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Licensed Estate Agent, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia,
  Tasmania, New South Wales and ACT
• Cert in Business Studies
• Dip Financial Services
